A grounded approach, built on real experience

I’m the founder of Dream Team Consulting, launched in 2013, and I’ve spent more than a decade working alongside hospitality leaders who care deeply about their people and their businesses — often while carrying immense pressure.

Over time, I found my sweet spot at the intersection of profitability, people, and strategy. I’m especially skilled at uncovering where money is leaking, clarifying pricing and performance issues, and identifying or developing the right talent to move a business forward.

When creative execution is needed, I collaborate with trusted partners — including artist, photographer, designer and illustrator Vicky Hallberg — to support focused, results-driven projects. Creative work is always guided by strategy, never noise.
